Services

WeeZbay provides domain services, website design & development, and digital marketing services. Specific project deliverables and timelines are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
• Own or license all content and materials you supply.
• Pay invoices per agreed schedule.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, deliverables produced specifically for you become your property. WeeZbay retains rights to underlying tools, frameworks, and know-how used to create deliverables.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeeZbay's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
